Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Bloompath (bloompath.eu), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Bloompath is operated by Torcalianov SRL ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Romania.

Account registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this service.
  • Each account is for a single individual. Do not share your login credentials with others.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@bloompath.eu if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Beta & trial period

Bloompath is currently in beta. During this period, the service is provided as-is and features may be added, changed, or removed as we develop the product. New accounts receive a free trial period. We will notify you before the trial ends and before any charges apply. No credit card is required to start a trial.

Acceptable use

Bloompath is designed for managing floral and event businesses. You agree to use it only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

  • Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  • Abuse, harass, or impersonate other users.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our prior written consent.

Your content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Bloompath — your materials, recipes, events, client information, invoices, and any other business data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the service. This license ends when you delete your account.

Intellectual property

The Bloompath name, logo, design, source code, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Torcalianov SRL. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our branding or intellectual property beyond normal use of the service.

Service availability

We strive to keep Bloompath available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

Payment

During the beta period, Bloompath is available free of charge. Paid subscription plans will be introduced in the future. When that happens, we will update these terms and notify you at least 30 days in advance. You will never be charged without your explicit consent. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove all your personal data and content within 30 days (encrypted backups may persist up to 90 days for disaster recovery). We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these terms. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide an opportunity to export your data, unless the violation is severe (e.g., illegal activity or security threats).

Limitation of liability

Bloompath is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Torcalianov SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the service shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under your local law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice in the application at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
