Software for florists.

Price every order before you cut a stem.

Price it once — it carries through to your quotes, invoices and events.

When a flower's price rises, Bloompath flags every booked order it touches — while there's still time to fix the price.

Free to try — no card. Then €90/month: your whole team, everything included.

Markup 1.74×
Marked-up materials €70.64
Wastage (8%) €3.25
Labour €0.00
Retail price €73.89

These are our demo studio's numbers, not any florist's book — converted once to euros. Labour sits at zero here: this studio folds it into the markup.

Change one wholesale price and Bloompath re-flags every recipe using it — so nothing sells at last year's cost.

Proposals

The price you set becomes the proposal they see.

Turn a priced arrangement into a clean proposal your client opens in their browser and accepts online. Six looks, your brand colour — and your cost and margin never leave your studio. They see the price; the maths stays yours.

How it works

  1. 1

Start with a library that already speaks florist.

Start from a library of flowers and greens — names, units and colour tags already set up. Copy what fits and adjust the rest.

  2. 2

Price every recipe, down to the stem.

Your recipes feed quotes, invoices, events, and client orders. Margins visible at every step, wastage and labour baked in.

  3. 3

Invoices that pass your accountant's eye.

The rules are already written in. You write what you sold.

Built for florists.

Materials & Inventory

Know your margin before you order.

Track stems, greens, ribbons and props — set a starter price the first time you buy, refine as invoices come in. Margin visible before you order.

Recipes & Designs

Build a recipe once, reuse it forever.

A recipe is the flowers, counts, and colours for one design. Build it once and reuse it across every wedding and order.

Events & Planning

Every event in one view.

Weddings, corporate, installations — with client, pricing, schedule and pull list together.

Billing Integration

Local invoicing and Stripe, already wired.

Quotes turn into invoices in one click — through the invoicing tool you already use, compliant in your country.

You'll talk to the people who built it.

Email us and you reach the people who make Bloompath. We move your data in with you: send your spreadsheets however they look today, and we sit on the first import together. Missing something your studio needs? Tell us — if it belongs in Bloompath, we build it.

Common questions

Can I import my data from Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes. Send us your spreadsheets in whatever shape they live in today — materials, providers, recipes, client list. We'll sit on a call with you for the first import so nothing is left guessing.

What does Bloompath cost?

€90/month, €270 per quarter, or €900/year — for your whole team, everything included. Billed by invoice like any of your suppliers; you pay by bank transfer. While we're in open beta, your first 90 days are free — no card. Just starting out? Tell us at signup and we'll talk about making your first year free. It renews automatically; cancel anytime before the due date.

How does Bloompath bill me?

By invoice. When your free period ends, we send a proper VAT invoice and you pay by bank transfer — the same way you pay your wholesaler. No card on file, nothing charged without an invoice first. The invoice goes out automatically before each period ends; cancel anytime before the due date and you owe nothing.

Does Bloompath handle invoicing for my country?

For invoicing your clients — Romania: ANAF e-Factura via Oblio and SmartBill. France: Pennylane. Germany: Lexware. Stripe for card payments everywhere. All already wired.

Who owns the data I put in?

You do. Recipes, clients, events, invoices — your IP, your records. We process them to run the service; we never sell them, never train models on them, never share them.

Can I export everything if I leave?

Yes. One click per table — materials, recipes, events, clients, invoices — downloads a structured CSV. The full dataset in a machine-readable format whenever you ask for it.

What if Bloompath shuts down?

You get 90 days' notice and a full export of your data before anything closes. We'd rather tell you early than leave you holding an empty folder.

What if my invoicing tool isn't on the list?

We currently integrate with Oblio, SmartBill, Pennylane and Lexware. If you use something else, tell us when you sign up — beta demand decides which provider we add next.

When a client accepts a proposal online, is that a legal signature?

No. Your client confirms by name in their browser, so you both have a clear record of the yes — but it isn't a legal e-signature. If you need signed contracts, keep doing that the way you do today.
