Change one wholesale price and Bloompath re-flags every recipe using it — so nothing sells at last year's cost.

Proposals

The price you set becomes the proposal they see.

Turn a priced arrangement into a clean proposal your client opens in their browser and accepts online. Six looks, your brand colour — and your cost and margin never leave your studio. They see the price; the maths stays yours.

One system for the whole studio.

Recipes, counter sales, events, proposals, invoicing and stock share the same prices — so a change in one place shows up everywhere it matters.

Common questions

What does Bloompath cost?

€90/month, €270 per quarter, or €900/year — for your whole team, everything included. We bill in euros wherever you are, so from the UK that is about £77 a month; the exact figure is whatever rate your bank uses on the day. Billed by invoice like any of your suppliers; you pay by bank transfer. While we're in open beta, your first 90 days are free — no card. Just starting out? Tell us at signup and we'll talk about making your first year free. It renews automatically; cancel anytime before the due date.

How does Bloompath bill me?

By invoice. When your free period ends, we send a proper VAT invoice and you pay by bank transfer — the same way you pay your wholesaler. No card on file, nothing charged without an invoice first. The invoice goes out automatically before each period ends; cancel anytime before the due date and you owe nothing.

Does Bloompath handle invoicing for my country?

For invoicing your clients — Romania: ANAF e-Factura via Oblio and SmartBill. France: Pennylane. Germany: Lexware. Stripe for card payments everywhere. All already wired.

Can I import my data from Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes. Send us your spreadsheets in whatever shape they live in today — materials, providers, recipes (your stem lists), client list. We'll sit on a call with you for the first import so nothing is left guessing.

Who owns the data I put in?

You do. Recipes, clients, events, invoices — your IP, your records. We process them to run the service; we never sell them, never train models on them, never share them.

Can I export everything if I leave?

Yes. Ask us and you get one file with everything you built — materials, recipes, events, orders, clients, suppliers, coupons — each table as a structured, machine-readable file, plus a manifest that says what is inside. Photos are listed by name; ask and we send those too. Issued invoices stay in the tool that issued them.

What if Bloompath shuts down?

You get 90 days' notice and a full export of your data before anything closes. We'd rather tell you early than leave you holding an empty folder.

More questions
What if my invoicing tool isn't on the list?

We currently integrate with Oblio, SmartBill, Pennylane and Lexware. If you use something else, tell us when you sign up — beta demand decides which provider we add next.

When a client accepts a proposal online, is that a legal signature?

No. Your client confirms by name in their browser, so you both have a clear record of the yes — but it isn't a legal e-signature. If you need signed contracts, keep doing that the way you do today.

Can I use Bloompath as a till at the counter?

Yes, for the sale itself: park tickets, take cash or card, send invoice requests, on a phone or at the counter. It is not a fiscal cash register — you keep your certified device for the receipt, and Bloompath records the sale, stock and margin and reconciles the day against its Z-report.

Can Bloompath read the e-Factura invoices my suppliers send through ANAF?

Yes. Connect your ANAF SPV account; one tap pulls supplier invoices into purchasing, matched to your materials. Confirm, and stock is received and prices updated — the reception recorded from the invoice.

Do I have to type in every flower and price myself?

No. Start from a library of around 15,000 materials with reference prices for Romania, the UK and Germany. Copy what you use; flower prices follow your local suppliers and your own invoices.

Is there a calendar for weddings and deliveries?

Yes. Every event, order, delivery and collection sits on one calendar your whole team sees, on the phone as well as the desktop, with a reminder before each event.

Can I sell online with Bloompath?

Not as a self-serve shop today. During the beta, tell us you want one and we build it with you, connected to your products and stock.

How do I get help?

From the support thread inside the app, or by email. The people answering are the people building Bloompath, and you are notified when they reply.

Is Bloompath only for Romania?

No. It is available across the EU and the UK, in six languages, hosted in Amsterdam, with EU VAT and VIES built in. Local invoicing integrations exist for Romania, France and Germany today.

You'll talk to the people who built it.

Email us and you reach the people who make Bloompath. We move your data in with you: send your spreadsheets however they look today, and we sit on the first import together. Missing something your studio needs? Tell us — if it belongs in Bloompath, we build it.
