Lines matched to your materials
Each invoice line is matched to a material in your library. Bloompath learns your matches, so the next invoice from the same supplier is mostly done when it arrives. Skip a line, revert one, or confirm them all.
Confirm: stock in, prices updated
On confirmation the goods are received into stock at the invoiced quantity and the material's price is updated from the invoiced price. For a Romanian accountant that is the reception — the NIR — done from the received e-Factura, not from a notepad.
Booked orders are flagged, not rewritten
A new price that touches a booked event or order flags it, naming the material. Nothing booked is changed silently; you decide what to do while there is time.

Is the NIR done for me?
In effect, yes: the supplier's e-Factura is pulled from ANAF, matched to your materials, and on confirmation the goods are received into stock at the invoiced quantity and price, with the invoice attached. Bloompath does not print a separate NIR document; the reception is recorded from the invoice.
What if a line doesn't match any material?
You match it once — or create the material on the spot — and Bloompath remembers the mapping for that supplier.
Does it work outside Romania?
Yes, without the ANAF part: record the purchase, match the lines, confirm. Stock and prices update the same way.
Will a price change affect my booked weddings?
It flags them, naming the material. Booked prices are never changed without you.
Can I lock a material's price?
Yes. A locked price ignores invoice updates until you unlock it — useful for a contract price with a grower.
