Bloompath
See everything Bloompath does

Every wedding, corporate order and installation in one view.

An event in Bloompath holds the client, every arrangement priced to the stem, the day's schedule and the pull list — what this event needs. The calendar shows all of it, booked and pending.

Create an event in minutes

Name it, attach the client, add the arrangements from your recipes — bridal bouquet, buttonholes, six centrepieces, an arch — and set counts. Pricing, materials and margin appear as you go.

The pull list writes itself

Every stem across every arrangement rolls up into one list: what to order, how much, from whom. Print it, or open it on the phone at the market. It is the sum of the recipes, not a second document you retype.

Prices move; your event tells you

When a flower's wholesale price rises, Bloompath flags every booked event that uses it, naming the flower, while there is still time to talk to the client or swap a stem. It never rewrites a booked price behind your back.

One calendar for the whole studio

Events, orders, deliveries and collections on one calendar, on the phone as well as the desktop. Each person chooses how many days ahead an event reminds them — a week, three days and the day before, until they change it. Your team sees the same week you do.

From event to proposal to invoice

The priced event becomes the proposal the client accepts and, later, the invoice. Deposits, balances and changes stay attached to the event.

Notifications that keep the week on track

When an event date approaches, when a client accepts a proposal, when a booked price moves, when stock runs low, when support replies — Bloompath tells you in the app, and as a push notification on your phone for the types you turn on. Each person on the team chooses their own.

Questions florists ask

Can I plan a wedding with several arrangements and locations?

Yes. An event holds any number of arrangements and a schedule with times and places — ceremony, reception, next-morning collection.

Does the calendar work on my phone?

Yes. The calendar is one of the mobile-first screens, so the week is in your pocket on delivery day.

What happens when a flower's price changes after I booked?

The event is flagged, naming the flower. You decide: keep the price, adjust it, or swap the stem. Nothing changes without you.

Can my team see events without seeing my margins?

Yes. Financial figures are limited to people you give financial access to; the rest see the schedule and the pull list.

Does it handle corporate contracts and recurring installations?

Yes. Corporate work and installations are events like any other, with the same client, recipes and calendar.

Does the calendar sync with my phone or Google calendar?

No. The calendar lives in Bloompath, on desktop and on the phone, with a reminder before each event. Tell us if a calendar export matters to you.

Will I be reminded before an event?

Yes. Each person chooses how many days ahead they want reminding — a week, three days and the day before, to start — and the reminder arrives in the app, and on your phone if you turn push on.

Create your next event and watch the pull list write itself.
