Invoices your accountant expects, from the sale you already made.
Client invoices go out through the invoicing tool your country already trusts, filled from the register sale, the event or the accepted proposal. Card payments online through Stripe. EU VAT rates and VIES lookups built in.
€90/month, your whole team, everything included.
Local invoicing, already wired — or straight to ANAF
Romania: Oblio and SmartBill, which submit ANAF e-Factura for you — or Bloompath itself, which builds the UBL invoice and submits it to ANAF, so no third tool is needed. France: Pennylane. Germany: Lexware. The invoice is filled from the sale, the event or the accepted proposal, and issued in the tool your accountant already opens.
Deposits, balances and invoice requests
An accepted wedding proposal becomes a deposit invoice and, later, the balance, both attached to the event. A business customer at the counter asks for an invoice and the request lands in your queue from the register.
Card payments online, anywhere
Issue an invoice through Stripe and the client pays it by card online, in any EU country and the UK. At the counter, card payments stay on the terminal you already have.
EU VAT and VIES built in
Standard VAT rates per country, VIES lookup for business clients, and a company lookup that fills a Romanian client's details from the CUI.
For your accountant, not instead of them
Bloompath is the record of what you sold, bought and hold. Your accountant keeps the books; you send fewer photos of receipts. In the UK there is no HMRC or Making Tax Digital filing from Bloompath today — your VAT return stays in your accounting software.
Questions florists ask
Does Bloompath issue e-Factura in Romania?
Yes, two ways: through Oblio or SmartBill, or straight from Bloompath to ANAF as a UBL e-Factura. Supplier e-Factura invoices are read from your ANAF SPV account with one tap — see the purchasing page.

Tell us at signup. Demand from beta customers decides which provider we add next.
Does it work for a UK florist?
Sales, recipes, events, proposals and Stripe payments, yes. There is no UK invoicing provider or Making Tax Digital filing yet; your VAT return stays in your accounting software.
How does Bloompath itself bill me?
By invoice, paid by bank transfer, like any supplier. No card on file.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. It gives them clean records — sales, purchases, stock — and gives you fewer things to explain.
Connect your invoicing tool once; every sale and accepted proposal after that is one step from an invoice.
