A library that already speaks florist.

Around 15,000 materials with reference prices for Romania, the UK and Germany, in the units you actually order in, with names, colour tags and a price history. Copy what you use into your studio; your own suppliers and invoices take it from there.

Named the way you buy them

Foam blocks, wire gauges, ribbon widths, containers, tape — and the flowers and foliage florists actually order, by variety and stem length. Units match the order: a recipe counts stems, a purchase counts bunches or boxes.

Reference prices for three markets, more on request

Every material carries a reference price for Romania, the UK and Germany. It is a starting point, not a quote: your own purchase price replaces it the first time you buy. Need another market? Ask, and we add the price book.

Flowers follow your suppliers

A flower's price is local and moves weekly, so the library keeps the flower list short and the price comes from the suppliers we add in your area and from your own invoices. What you price with is what you pay.

Every price has a history

Prices are tracked over time, by hand or from a supplier invoice. A material shows what it cost last month and last spring, and a change that touches a booked order flags it by name.

Stock, low stock and purchasing

Every recipe you sell or book consumes stock. Purchasing shows what is below your threshold and what the next event needs, so the order to the wholesaler is a list, not a memory.

Add what is missing

A local grower's variety, a prop, a vase you bought once — add it in a minute and it behaves like everything else, including in your recipes and exports.

Questions florists ask

Are the library prices what I will pay?

No. They are reference prices to start from. Your own purchase prices replace them the moment you record a buy.

Which markets have prices today?

Romania, the UK and Germany. Tell us your market; adding a price book is work we do for customers who ask.

Why is the flower list shorter than the sundries list?

Because flower prices and stem lengths are local and change weekly. The library carries the varieties florists actually order; the exact grades and prices come from your own suppliers as they are connected.

Can I keep my own material names?

Yes. Copy an item and rename it; your recipes use your name.

Can I export the library?

Yes. Your materials are part of the full export you can ask for at any time.

Open the library and copy your first fifty materials in an afternoon.
