The price you set becomes the proposal your client reads.

One step from a priced event or recipe to a quote at a private link. The client sees the arrangements, quantities and totals; your costs and margins stay yours. When they accept, you know.

€90/month, your whole team, everything included.

No retyping

The proposal is the event. Arrangements, counts and prices come from the recipes you already built, so a change in the event is a change in the proposal — the quote and the build cannot drift apart.

Client-facing, cost-free

The client's view shows what they are buying and what it costs them. Stem prices, wastage, labour and margin are stripped out before anything leaves the studio.

Accepted by name, recorded for both of you

The client confirms by typing their name in their browser. You both have a clear record of the yes and when it happened. It is a confirmation, not a legal e-signature — if your contracts need a signed document, keep doing that as you do today.

You hear when something happens

A notification tells you when a proposal is accepted, in the app and as a push on your phone if you turn it on. Opening raises nothing, but the share panel stamps the date the client last looked, and says when one you corrected and sent again has not been read since. A print from the browser is the copy the client keeps.

From accepted to invoiced

An accepted proposal is ready to become the deposit and the final invoice, through the invoicing tool your country uses.

Questions florists ask

Can the client see my costs or margin?

No. The client view carries only what they buy and what they pay.

Is the online accept legally binding?

It is a clear, timestamped confirmation by name, not a legal e-signature. For contracts that must be signed, keep your current process alongside it.

Can I send a revised proposal?

Yes. Change the event, and the proposal at the same link reflects it; tell the client to look again.

Can I take a deposit for wedding flowers?

Yes. The accepted proposal becomes the deposit invoice, then the balance, through your invoicing tool, with both attached to the event.

Does the proposal look like my studio?

Yes. Pick one of six looks — three light, three dark — and set your accent colour once in settings; every proposal carries them, with your studio's name on it. A single event can have its own look and colour. Tell us what else your quotes need.
