See everything Bloompath does

What you lend comes back — or it is paid for.

Vases, stands, arches, candle holders: an event borrows your hardware. Bloompath records what you lend, states on the proposal what the client owes if it comes back damaged or not at all, and gives your team a retrieval checklist for the teardown.

Returnable items on the event

Mark the materials that come back — containers, stands, props — and they are listed as returnable on the event, separate from the flowers that do not.

A stated damage liability

Set the amount the client owes if lent hardware comes back damaged or missing. It is shown on the proposal they accept, so it is agreed before the day, not argued after.

Teardown as a step with a checklist

The strike or teardown is a step on the event with its own time and place. The retrieval checklist lists every returnable item; your team ticks what came back.

Missing or damaged, on the record

What did not come back is on the checklist, so the amount you agreed is charged from a record, not from memory.

The same list as the pull list

The retrieval checklist is walked the same way as the pull list your team took to set up, so nobody learns a new tool on a Sunday night.

Questions florists ask

Is the damage liability money I collect up front?

No. It is a stated liability on the proposal — what the client owes if something is damaged or missing. If you also take a cash deposit, record it as a payment.

Does the client see the liability before the event?

Yes. It is on the proposal they accept.

Can my team do the teardown without me?

Yes. The retrieval checklist is on their phone, item by item.

What happens to items that did not come back?

They stay on the checklist as missing. The stated amount is what the client owes; you charge it as you would any extra — Bloompath does not put it on an invoice for you.

Can returnable items be reused in the next event?

Yes. They are materials in your library with stock, so they return to stock when ticked back.

Add your returnable items to the next event and stop losing vases.
