Built around the recipe
A recipe is the flowers, foliage, counts and colours for one arrangement, priced to the stem with wastage and labour. Every other part of Bloompath reads it: a counter sale, an event line, a proposal, an invoice, the stock it consumes. Change the recipe and every future use of it changes with it.
The counter, the calendar and the client
The register takes walk-in sales on a phone or at the till. The calendar shows every wedding, corporate order and installation booked, with its pull list. Clients get proposals they can read and accept in their browser. Nothing is retyped between them.
Invoices your accountant will accept
Client invoices go out through the tool your country already trusts — Oblio and SmartBill in Romania, Pennylane in France, Lexware in Germany — or, in Romania, straight from Bloompath to ANAF e-Factura with no third tool. Stripe invoices take card payments online, anywhere. EU VAT rates and VIES checks are built in.
Supplier e-Factura invoices come back in from ANAF with one tap and become stock and updated prices, with no retyping.
A library that already speaks florist
A ready-made library of around 15,000 materials with reference prices for Romania, the UK and Germany — floral foam, wire, ribbon, containers, and the flowers and foliage florists actually order — with names, units and colour tags already set up. Need another market? Ask, and we add the price book. Flower prices are local by nature: they come from the suppliers we add in your area and from your own invoices, so the number you price with is the one you actually pay. Bloompath tracks those prices over time, so a material shows its price history, not just today's number.

Built in Europe, hosted in the EU
Servers in Amsterdam, GDPR by design, a data processing agreement on request, and six languages: English, Romanian, French, German, Polish and Dutch. Your data is yours — ask, and you get all of it, every table as a structured file.

Who is Bloompath for?
Flower shops, wedding and event florists, and studios doing corporate work — from one person to a team. If you price arrangements, take orders and send invoices, it fits.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Bloompath runs in the browser on a laptop, tablet or phone. The register and the calendar are built for the phone in your apron pocket.
Can I move my existing data in?
Yes. Send your spreadsheets — materials, suppliers, recipes, clients — as they are today and we sit on the first import with you.
Does it work outside Romania?
Yes. Bloompath is available across the EU and the UK, in six languages, with EU VAT and VIES built in. Local invoicing integrations exist for Romania, France and Germany today; tell us what your market needs.
Does it connect to relay networks like Interflora?
No. Bloompath has no relay or wire-service integration. It runs your own recipes, sales, events and invoices.
