Price every arrangement before you cut a stem.

A recipe is the flowers, foliage, counts and colours for one arrangement. Price it once, to the stem, with wastage, labour and VAT, and every order, event and proposal that uses it carries the right number.

Stems, counts, colours

Pick materials from your library or ours, set counts, tag colours. Substitutions and styles are recorded so the same arrangement can be remade by anyone on the team.

The formula, in the open

Retail = materials × markup + wastage + labour, then VAT. You set the markup, the wastage percentage and the labour rate; Bloompath shows each line, so you can defend a price to yourself and to a client.

When a price moves, you are told

Update a material's price — by hand or from a supplier invoice — and every booked order or event that uses it is flagged, naming the material. Booked prices are never changed silently.

Reuse, duplicate, adjust

Reuse a recipe across weddings and orders; duplicate it for a variation; publish it as a product for the register. One source, many uses.

Questions florists ask

How does Bloompath calculate a bouquet price?

Materials at your cost, times your markup, plus wastage and labour, then VAT if you charge it. Every line is visible and editable.

What is a good markup for flowers?

Most studios work between 2× and 3.5× on materials, with labour added separately. The calculator page explains the trade-offs; the number is yours to set.

Can I price in RON, EUR or GBP?

Yes. Your account has a currency, and the library carries reference prices for Romania, the UK and Germany; flower prices follow your local suppliers and your own invoices.

Do recipe changes affect orders I already booked?

No. Booked orders keep their price and are flagged for you to review; future uses of the recipe take the new price.

Can I import recipes I already have in a spreadsheet?

Yes. Send them as they are and we do the first import together.

Build your first recipe from the library and see the margin before you order.
