Any shape you have
Column names in Romanian, prices in the wrong column, three tabs for one list — that is normal. We map it once with you and keep the mapping for next time.
Materials and suppliers first
Your materials come in with your prices and your suppliers, so recipes price correctly from day one. Anything you do not have, the library fills in.
Recipes and clients
Your stem lists become recipes; your client list becomes clients with their events. Wedding dates, deposits and notes come along.
Together, on a call
The first import is done with you on a call, not sent off to a queue. You see the result, correct what needs correcting, and leave with a working studio.

What formats can I send?
Excel, Google Sheets, CSV, or a photo of a notebook page if that is what you have. The shape does not matter; we map it with you.
How long does it take?
Most studios are working the same week. The call itself is usually an hour or two.
Does migration cost extra?
No. It is part of getting started, for every account.
Can I import more later?
Yes. New price lists, new clients, a supplier's catalogue — send them and they are added.
Will my old prices be kept?
Yes. Your prices come in as yours, dated, so the price history starts with what you already know.
