Your records, your IP
Recipes are your trade secrets. Client lists are your relationships. They stay yours: we hold them to run the service, nothing else, and a data processing agreement is available on request.
A full export, one file
Materials, recipes, events, orders, clients, suppliers, coupons — one file with every table as structured JSON, and a manifest that says what is in it and which version wrote it. Photos are listed by name, not bundled; ask and we send them. Machine-readable, so another tool or your accountant can read it.
If you leave
Cancel before your due date and you owe nothing. Ask for your export first; you leave with everything you built. Your account then enters a 30-day grace period in which you can change your mind, after which it is deleted and the deletion is logged.
If we ever closed
You would get 90 days' notice and a full export before anything shut down. We would rather tell you early than leave you holding an empty folder.
Hosted in the EU, GDPR by design
Servers in Amsterdam, EU-only processing, no third-party analytics on your records. Your clients' data is handled the way you would want yours handled.
